RD was one of the first fleets that was organized in Nelson server which means that it is a very well organized fleet. I was in Olympia fleet before but as what happened when our Admiral quit playing this game everything was shattered. I want to join a very well organized and competitive fleet which strives to be the best.

Your app indicates 5/4 for BB suports and 7 pilots. This would mean you will be 1 short on each when you reach BB/CV6 in the end.
So I would advise you to get another support sailor (since 5 reps is overkill I'd recommend another engineer) and another pilot. Also be aware we require a minimum of 6 fighters from cv's playing in our fleet wars should you have the ambition to be a fleet war cv (as a fun cv, 4 ftr's and 4 bombers is perfectly fine though).

will do..but wouldn't it be nice to have an equal amount of engy's and reps?
sorry I've been playing NF for only a month and don't really know what I should get. I only ask around which would be advisable on what kind of crew would suit me. any recommendations are gladly accepted XD

Well, repair rate is capped and with 4, you'll reach it eventually without too much fuss. Overheat time is not limited, and since speed is life in this game, more engineers = better

The game has many "caps" on it.

Which means some sailors above a certain number is considered useless.

Some are downright considered useless (like restore) as what they give to the ship is reached by other sailors with time.

For rep, more than 4 is considered useless, and most AA setup with use an end-game setup of 5 engy 3 rep.

Support heavy US go 6 engy 4 rep normally, and UK with its national bonus can afford 7 engy 3 rep quite easily

OH speed is limited depending on your base speed. (22/37, 23/39, 24/40, 25/42, 26/44, 27/45 etc) and the engies doesnt exactly stack on it. To get the best OH speed fast, you need 5 engies . However, OH time is uncapped and stack. that mean 6 engies (assuming they are all the same) would have twice the OH time of 3 engies.

But you have a better start in the game than many. God know its better than what I did when i started a couple years ago. (shame on me)

I'll get to leveling some engy's tomorrow after I hit 73 so as i can reach sodak by this weekend. anyway its 5 am here and I'm getting droopy eyed here..I'll get on the reps later see you in a few hours XD

Okay really? We CLEARLY have several posts dedicated to how you are supposed to set up an application (Most of which mind you say READ THIS FIRST). Not only did you obviously not look at these, but you instead just post a 2 sentence plead for acceptance on SOMEONE ELSE's application.

whats worse is as soon as you make a forum account you get a nice message telling you exactly where to go to fill an app.

I also see who bother reading around (including a PM, and a READ BEFORE APPLYING section)

so kindly read around a bit, then reapply correctly.
